Canon Ridge Real Estate Market

Part of the greater Hermitage area plan, Canon Ridge was established in the 1960s, though many residences were constructed during the 1980s. Low-rise apartment-style condos account for roughly 40% of all home styles in Canon Ridge, with prices for a two-bedroom, one bathroom unit starting in the low 100s. Despite the community’s mature status, most multi-family developments were constructed during the 1990s and later. 

Single-family homes and townhomes account for all remaining real estate opportunities in Canon Ridge, except for a handful of duplexes. Detached models in the area range from renovated split-level homes and bungalows to two-storey front-attached and laned homes - most of which feature three bedrooms and bathrooms. Townhome prices in the area typically start in the low 200s for a contemporary three-bedroom, two-bathroom model.
