Single-family homes are the predominant home style in West Edmonton, ranging in price from the mid 200s into the 3-4 millions, as per the area’s many luxury properties. Both the west Anthony Henday and Whitemud Drive make it easy to reach the greater City of Edmonton in reasonable time, while Stony Plain Road provides a streamlined commute to the downtown core. 170th Street, which runs alongside West Edmonton Mall, also intersects with Yellowhead Trail and the Whitemud.
